- ENVELOPE & LABEL HELP
-
- Here, you may prepare mailing labels and envelopes. Mailing labels must be
- of the 1" x 4" variety, on form-feed rolls that are ONE label wide.
- You will be asked to enter the left indentation you desire for the label or
- envelope printing. This allows you to select exactly where the address print-
- ing begins. Then you will be asked whether you want to have a test pattern
- printed. This will allow you to see how the printing is aligned on your labels
- or envelopes. If you answer `Y', the test pattern will be printed, and you
- will again be asked to enter the left indentation. If you're happy with it as
- it is, just press <─┘.
- Next, BillPower will need to know whether you want it to pause after each
- address is printed. If you are preparing envelopes, you should answer `Y', so
- that you will have an opportunity to insert the next envelope after one has
- been printed.
- Then, Hunt Gates will appear.
- If you want labels or envelopes for all your clients, change no Hunt Gates.
- Otherwise, set up the Hunt Gates as you desire.
- BE SURE YOUR PRINTER IS READY TO PRINT. Then, press F6 to start. If you
- DON'T want to begin address printing with the very first case in the file,
- enter the case number of the first case that you want processed; otherwise,
- press <─┘ when asked to enter the "First case #".
